Warranty Information

Wilbar International's Warranty Claim Procedure

The following will outline Wilbar International's procedure for filing warranty claims. We strive to resolve claims quickly and efficiently.

DURING FIRST SEASON: If an item appears defective at the time of installation or within the first season, return the item to your dealer for inspection and warranty verification.They should replace the defective item free of charge as long as it is covered under the terms of the warranty.

DURING SECOND SEASON THROUGH END OF WARRANTY: The second season begins the 1st of January after you purchase your pool and thereafter a season ends on December 31st of each calendar year.

If there is a defect during the second season through the end of warranty, please file your warranty claim directly with Wilbar International.

All warranty claims must include the following:

  • A letter briefly describing the problem.
  • Photos illustrating the claimed defect, one picture should be of the pool showing the metal wall and skimmer area. In some cases, we may request the part to be sent to Wilbar International for inspection. Please do not discard the parts until your claim has been finalized.
  • Copy of the bill of sale.


*Please note: no warranty claims will be processed over the phone with the consumer. All claims must be handled in writing only.
